As you mentioned, the two main components to a fast underwater kick are power and speed, and endurance/lung capacity. [/size][/font]

I also do a great deal of work in the weight room, including squats. Your weakness, the endurance end of the kick, can be developed by doing fast dolphin kick sets underwater. Some sets in my training even include fast underwater kicking mixed with swimming. [/size][/font]

For me, dolphin kicking has gotten to the point where I can hardly sprint freestyle faster than I can kick underwater. It's a good feeling to be 15 meters into a race and have a body-length lead! A well-developed kick and great lung capacity can be an awesome weapon in fly, back and free.[/size][/font]

大腿力量可以通过蹲起练习来加强,还有就是“多组的快速水下海豚腿的练习”。
“对于蝶泳、仰泳和自由泳来说,高超的水下蝶腿能力和超强的肺活量是两个致命武器。”还记得Phelps是怎么赢得自由泳的冠军的吗?正是超强的水下蝶泳腿!

出发打9次,每次转身打6到7次,真有力度!

蹲起练习可以训练大腿的肌肉强度
我最近就在做俯卧撑和蹲起,昨天晚上做了大约70多个俯卧撑和40个蹲起

蹲起分快速和慢速两种(对我来说),如果想锻炼大腿肌肉,最好采用快速蹲起的方法。
