Do you over-reach on your backstroke? Having a hard time keeping your hips up? Wondering how your hands should exit to initiate the recovery? Want to get the feeling of where you start your pull? Want to get a bonus effect of practicing your breaststroke underwater pull? This drill is for YOU!

[b]Why Do It: [/b]
This old standby is actually a pretty amazing drill, because it lets you focus on so many different things. We'll hit on a few of them, but you can add your own. And remember...choose just one focus point at a time.

[b]How to Do It:
[/b][b]1.[/b] Push off on your back with both arms above your head and start flutter kicking.
[b]2. [/b]Pull down with both arms at the same time, making sure you keep your hands under water.
[b]3. [/b]Finish the stroke and recover both hands at the same time as well.

[b]How to Do It Really Well (the Fine Points):[/b]
See, the drill is very easy, but there are so many fine points to it. By focusing your attention on one of the specific points, you'll feel it working.
[b]1. [/b]If you consistently over-reach on your backstroke pull, double-arm makes this very tough to do, because you have to cross your arms during the recovery to accomplish that. This drill usually helps you get your hands in the water directly above your shoulders.
[b]2. [/b]In order to keep your hips up with both arms recovering at the same time, you'll need to lean back into the water on your upper back, and make sure you have a constant kick.
[b]3. [/b]You may drag your wrists out of the water because you have so much to think about, but focus on a thumb-first exit, and you'll slice both hands out at the same time. Very clean.
[b]4. [/b]To grab the water for an effective catch, you'll have to engage your back and elbows very quickly. Focus on grabbing the water immediately with both hands.
[b]5.[/b] While the pull will be a bit behind your head, the double action gives you a good idea of how to create power for the breaststroke underwater pull... a great little bonus.

蛙式仰泳就是双臂的。通过这一段时间做各种泳姿的视频动画,我发现了一个特点,名教练的一个共同招数就是“你中有我,我中有你”,练蝶泳的时候,参和蛙泳、自由泳和仰泳,比如单臂蝶,基本上就是自由泳和蝶泳的连体婴儿。

1. 如果你总是在仰泳划水的时候手臂过肩线,那么这个双臂练习就会让你很难做到,因为你必须在移臂时手臂交叉才能做到那样。这个练习通常能够帮助你的手臂入水时,正好在肩以下。
2. 为了让你在双臂同时移臂时保持臀部高位,你需要把上半身向后倾斜,还有要保持稳定的打腿。
3. 你可能会把你的手腕划出水面,因为你需要思考的东西太多了,无暇顾及,不过现在你要注意拇指领先出水,你可以把双手同时像刀一样切出水面。非常利落。
4. 为了使抓水更有效率,你需要迅速动用你的后背和肘部。把注意力集中在双手的迅速抓水上。

采用了“曲线救国”的方法,转换了两次,终于在文件大小和清晰度之间找到了一个可以接受的路子。视频本身20M,是yoyong传给我的五个之中最大的,最大的解决了,小的就更不用说了。这个视频动画加上中英文解说,不会超过12M,这对51swim来说是超大了些,但闪客网是15M为限,还有富余嘛!

怎么我最近弄的两个,原始flv文件都近30M,压成15M后效果差N多啊!:Q
站长给您的是goswim原始的flv文件吗?还是又压制过?

我知道了,您这个片子是2分25秒,比较短。
短片可以大容量换清晰,如果长一点,15M封顶,想清晰基本没戏。:(

flv本身就是压缩格式,不损害清晰度压不了啊。

我开始缩成640x360还不行呢!无声。我看干脆和小菲那套一致得了。我先变成DVD,DVD再变成AVI,AVI就支持编辑了,于是就把两头的通用部分给去了。这样吧,等我把这个整完咱俩再交流。也可以给我一[b]个30M的。[/b]

可能是我的软件不行,我直接转换的三种avi文件flash8.0都不认,只有这样做,用一个叫狐狸少爷的高手解密的软件转一下才行。我今天事太多,进展不大,明天到单位帮一下忙,网站升级,没办法,只好等晚上再给大家做动画了。为了尊重goswim的版权,都把两头的又给恢复了。

我做大了一些,所以中文少了一点,如果不限制尺寸就没这个现象了。我再调整一下。
转avi的软件有多大?我和小飞猪在闪客网上开了个联络点,变成“三家村”得了,户名和密码见短信。

liyuzhe0869的《双划臂仰泳练习》的视频画面比《双臂上举的海豚腿》做得好,好在一改原刺眼的译文白底色为译文的黑底白字显示,好在51标志及译者制作者信息不与影像发生干扰,好在进度指示的刺眼的红豆豆改色了。谢谢!
